Ready to take back your time with mindful unplugging?
Challenge your relationship with technology and
find more time for things that matter
(...without having to go off the grid and live in an outlet-free yurt).
Have you heard the myth?
Society will pressure you into thinking that
technology is the answer to everything.
People who are always on Stories, posting every single second of every day may look more successful, productive, and happier than you feel. Making you believe that if you're not plugged in, you're falling behind.
But let me ask you this...
"Is the way you're using technology really making you happy?"
If you're shaking your head no, then get ready. Because when you learn how to mindfully unplug from your devices, you'll discover a world that's stress-free, productive, FUN—and full of time for things that really matter to you.
⚠️ WARNING! ⚠️

INTRODUCING...
Unplug, Live Slow
Loosen technology's grip on your attention and
take back your precious time.
Unplug, Live Slow is a 5-week program designed to help you mindfully unplug from your devices and slow down your everyday life. By getting curious about your relationship with technology, you'll be better equipped to make shifts that serve you—instead of stressing you out.
In 2020, I made the decision to start unplugging more. I was sick of feeling addicted to my phone and unable to be present in my own life. But I also rely on technology to run my business, so as nice as it sounded, tossing my laptop out the window and living in silence in the woods was not an option.
Enter mindful unplugging.
Once I learned how to be more mindful of my technology use, I was able to easily shift a few things in my day-to-day that saved tons of time and made me feel more connected and present.
Now I teach others how to do the same.
A lot can change when you mindfully unplug, like…
👉 Having more time in your day to chase your goals, spend quality time with your favorite people, or just read a book guilt-free.
👉 Feeling more focused and productive, knowing that you're taking breaks throughout the day to connect with yourself and your surroundings.
👉 Rediscovering old hobbies, talents, and passions that you may have let fall to the wayside because you didn't have time for them.
👉 Connecting more deeply with your life—without screens getting in the way.
