The Cacao Plerkshop
Who is invited:
Anyone ready to usher in the spirit of cacao. We’ll be learning about and be guided through a cacao ceremony, shifting our energy and learning how to channel this energy into PLERK (play-work).
What do you need:
An open mind
A journal or blank page and something to write with (we suggest physically writing over typing)
One hour for the plerkshop, and an additional 30 minutes to an hour to decompress and continue your deep dive into your plerk after our call concludes.
Cacao Drinking Chocolate (details below if you need to order)
Before the plerkshop, please come ready with some cacao! Maybe you have a brand you already know and love? If not, Share Cacao co-founder Victoria Smith recommends “Kakao Drinking Chocolate.” There is no affiliate partnership, we just believe in their mission. This can look like journaling, painting, creating, walking outside... whatever it is you are called to do, we invite you to PLAY+WORK=PLERK.*
